WHO WE ARE

Our Story & Inspiration

Hajj Gateway was inspired by our own Hajj. As practicing Muslim professionals, we returned from the pilgrimage deeply grateful while also gaining first-hand insight into the practical challenges many Bangladeshi pilgrims face.

We observed that different Hajj operators naturally have different strengths. Some emphasise authentic Sunnah guidance, while others excel in organisation and service. We believed there was room to thoughtfully combine both.

That conviction led to Hajj Gateway. Our goal is to help pilgrims perform Hajj with confidence through authentic Qur'an and Sunnah guidance, professional planning, transparent communication and sincere personal care in shā'Allāh.

Our team is physically with you on the ground at Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah. We directly supervise your care and do not delegate your trust to third-party agents.

Our First Milestone

Immediate Focus: Hajj 2027

Our journey begins on a controlled scale. For Hajj 2027, our primary goal is to guide a single, small, meticulously managed pilgrim group, serving as active proof of our philosophy. Limiting our initial capacity allows us to personally oversee every flight, hotel check-in, and guidance session, maintaining spiritual and logistical integrity.

Our Vision for the Future

Beyond Hajj 2027, we aspire, in shā'Allāh to grow Hajj Gateway into a trusted platform that raises the standard of pilgrimage services for the Bangladeshi community. We pursue this vision with humility and trust on Allāh, growing step by step while listening to and learning from our pilgrims.

Umrah Programmes: Introducing small-group spiritual retreats during the off-season to offer quiet, focused learning and devotional opportunities.
Educational Seminars: Hosting open workshops in Dhaka to prepare pilgrims with essential spiritual, mental, and physical training.

Our Founding Team

Hajj Gateway was founded by four partners united by a shared desire to serve the Guests of Allāh through authentic guidance, professional service, and sincere care.

Our founders bring years of experience leading complex operations, managing people and projects, and building service standards in highly structured professional environments. We seek to apply that same discipline, planning, transparency, and attention to detail to every stage of the pilgrimage in shā'Allāh.

Alongside this professional experience, one of our founders brings practical Hajj operations experience, having supported organised Hajj groups in Saudi Arabia. Together, we strive to combine authentic guidance, operational excellence, and personal care so pilgrims can devote themselves fully to worship.
